Sanke kois breed naturally in the breeding tank pond. This was taken last Feb 14, 2014. The mating occur at 12am midnight. The breeding pair was place at 6 pm in the evening in the breeding tank. The breeding tank was placed a live plants to stimulate nesting and breeding. Kois in the wild loves to build nest when breeding, also the water was newly change and fresh sudden change in water Chemistry will also stimulate the kois to breed and also lunar formation, since it was also full moon at the time.
